Mae Murray (1889-1965) – She was an actress who mostly starred in silent movies. She did her movie debut in 1916 with “To have and to hold”. When the sound entered the movie business in the late 1920´s, Mae´s remarkable career of 40 movies, would soon be over. Mae did her last movie “High Stakes” in 1931. Soon after she divorced her forth husband, lost custody of their son and had to declare bankruptcy. Mae co-wrote an autobiography “The Self-Enchanted” that was published in 1959.

Anna Q Nilsson (1888-1974) – She emigrated from Sweden to America in 1905. Soon she was a famous model and in 1907 Anna was voted “The most beautiful woman in America”. She eventually became a movie star. Some of the movies she starred in was “The Vanity Pool” (1918), “The Spoilers” (1923) and “The Greater Glory” (1926). After her career ended she stayed in America.

Billie Burke (1884-1970) – Silent screen actress who´s career continued in the new era of sound pictures. Her father was a circus clown and as a child Billie toured both in America and Europe. She made her movie debut in “Peggy” (1916) and starred in movies like “The Wizard of Oz” (1939) and “Father of the bride” (1950).

Bessie Love (1898-1986) – She was born as Juanita Horton in Texas. As Bessie she became an actress who did silents like “The Lost World” (1925). She didn´t do well in talkies but when she got older she returned to the screen and did bit parts in many movies.

Anita Page (1910- 2008) – She was a very famous and successful actress during the last years of the silent era and the first years of the talkie era. She is known from movies like “While the city sleeps” (1928), “The Broadway Melody” (1929) and “The Big Cage” (1993). In 1996 when she was 86 years old, she graced the screen one last time in “Sunset after dark”.

Mae West (1893-1980) – Very popular actress and a straight forward comedienne. She is mostly known from her work in the 1930´s, mainly on Broadway but also in movies like “I´m no angel” (1933) and “My little Chickadee” (1940). Mae usually wrote her own scripts and she was a talented singer as well.

Mary Nolan (1905-1948) – She was born as Mary Robertson. A teen model that became a Ziegfeld girl in the famous show. She made the mistake of falling in love with a comedian on the show who was married to a famous musical star. The tabloids loved the scandal and Mary moved to Germany to be able to work as an actress. She came back with a new name (Mary Nolan) and had a few years of success. Unfortunately she had a severe drug problem and her last film came out in 1933. By then she had turned to heroin. She died 42 years old by cardiac arrest and liver problems.

Greta Garbo (1905-90) – This Swedish actress is known as The Divine and as one of the best actresses in the history of movies. (Not a natural blonde, but who the heck is?) She is known from “Anna Karenina” (1927), “Anna Christie” (1930), “Grand Hotel” (1932), “Ninotchka” (1939) and “Two-faced woman” (her last movie, 1941). Greta recieved four Academy Award nominations.

Constance Bennett (1904-1965) – She starred in a lot of movies in the silent era and even more after the sound entranced the cinema. Sister of another blonde on my list, Joan Bennett. When she died she was married for the fifth time.

Jean Harlow (1911-1937) – She got her big break in “Hells Angels” (1930) and became an extremly popular movie star with movies like “Public Enemy” (1931), “Taifun” (1932) and “Riffraff” (1936). Jean have influenced both Marilyn Monroe and Madonna. Jean died young, she was only 26 years old.

Marlene Dietrich (1901-1992) – Born and raised in Germany. She started her career as a cabaret singer. She gained huge success and international fame as Lola in “Blue Angel” (1930). After that she worked in Hollywood and she became an icon. Marlene was 90 years old when she died in Paris, France.

Jean Arthur (1900-1991) – She was an actress in silent movies that got many successful years in talkies due to her kind of frog-like voice. Suddenly she was perfect for comedy. Jean is known from “Under fire” (1926), “The whole town´s talking” (1935), “Mr. Smith goes to Washington” (1939) and “The more the merrier” (1943).

Miriam Hopkins (1902-1972) – Actress, starred in “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” (1931), “Becky Sharpe” (1935) and “The Heiress” (1949).

Bette Davis (1908-1989) – She was born as Ruth Elizabeth Davis. Her upbringing was difficult, early on she learned to care of herself. Bette is known from movies like “Jezebel” (1938), “All about Eve” (she won her first Oscar, 1950), “What ever happend to Baby Jane?” (she won her second Oscar, 1962) and “Death on the Nile” (1978). Bette worked hard her whole life and she never really stopped working. She is still considered one of the best actresses ever. She died 81 years old from breast cancer. Her grave stone have the inscription “She did it the hard way”.

Carole Lombard (1908-1942) – Popular actress that mainly did screwball-comedies. She was married to Clarke Gable when she died in a plane-crash. She was only 32 years old.

Madeleine Carroll (1906-1987) – She was born and raised in England and went to America on behalf of her career. She defined her father who wanted her to be a french teacher and became an actress. Madeleine is known from “The guns of Loos” (her first movie, 1928), “Escape!” (1930), “The 35 steps” (1935), “Secret Agent” (1936) and “The Fan” (her last movie, 1949). Her sister got killed in a bomb raid against London in 1940 and after that Madeleine worked as a red cross nurse. She got married (and divorced) four times, she never had children.

Ginger Rogers (1911-1995) – She did 10 movies with Fred Astaire.

Alice Faye (1915-1998) – An actress and a singer. Known from “Music is Magic” (1935), “Ching Ching” (1936), “Lillian Russell” (1940) and “Fallen Angel” (1945).

Frances Farmer (1913-1970) – Actress known for “Ebb Tide” (1937) and “Badlands of Dakota” (1941). In 1943 Frances was committed to a series of mental hospitals. She was portrayed by Jessica Lange in “Frances”.

Betty Hutton (1921-2007) – Actress who started entertaining as a child to earn money for her mother and sister. Her dad left the family when she was two and some years later he committed suicide. As an actress Betty mostly did comedies.

Veronica Lake (1922-1973) – She had some highly successful years in the 1940´s starting with “This gun for hire” (1942) co-starring Alan Ladd who she did five movies with. Though she is mostly remembered for hair-style that was said to cause car-accidents. Veronica died young from hepatatis. She was working as a bartender, broke and a alcoholic.

Adele Jergens (1917-2002) – Actress known from “A thousand and one nights” (1945), “Ladies of the chorus” (she played Marilyn Monroe´s mother, 1948) and “Day the world ended” (1955).

Betsy Palmer (b.1926) – She is an actress known from “Death Tide” (her first movie, 1955), “The Tin Star” (1957) and “Friday the 13th” (1980). She have been married once and have a daughter. Betsy once shared an apartment with James Dean.

Joan Bennett (1910-1990) – She started working in the movies when the sound got into the pictures. She is known from movies like “Bulldog Drummond” (1929), “Wild Girl” (1932), “The man in the iron mask” (1939), “Father of the bride” (1950), “Desire in the dust” (1960). Joan is the younger sister of Constance Bennett, their parents were both stage-actors.

Joan Fontaine (1917-2013) – Actress known from “Rebecca” (she got an Oscar nomination, 1940), “Suspicion” (she got an Oscar, 1941), “Ivanhoe” (1952) and “Tender is the night” (1962). Joan is the older sister of actress Olivia De Havilland.

Lana Turner (1921-1995) – A true movie star that was just as known for her personal life as her successful career. She is known from “Ziegfeld Girl” (1941) and “The bad and the beautiful” (1952). Lana was married eight times, she probably became an alcoholic at an early age. Her teenage daughter killed one of her boyfriends and he was in the mob.

Joyce Bryant (1916-1924) – She was an actress from San Fransisco and she died her hair silver (close enough to blonde). She starred in movies like “Trigger Fingers” (1939) and “East Side Kids” (1940). Unfortunately her career in the movies was short-lived.

Betty Grable (1916-1973) – Very popular Pin Up Model during the war, later a famous actress and a good friend to Marilyn Monroe. Together they starred in “How to marry a millionaire” (1953).

Angela Lansbury (b.1925) – Actress from England that got an Academy Award nomination for her first movie, “Gaslight” (1944). She is also known from “Simson and Delila” (1949) and “The mirror crack´d” (1980). To the younger public Angela is known from the TV serie “Murder she wrote” (264 episodes, 1984-96). She is the oldest person (still living) on this list.

Deborah Kerr (1921-2007) – She was born and raised in Scotland. When she came to Hollywood she starred in movies like “From here to Eternity” (1953), “The King and I” (1956) and “The night of the iguana” (1964). Deborah was nominated for an Academy Award 6 times.

Shelley Winters (1920-2006) – Actress, known to be tough and outspoken both on and off screen. When she first came to Hollywood she shared an apartment with Marilyn Monroe. Eventually Shelley won two Oscars. She starred in “The night of the hunter” (1955), “Lolita” (1962), “Ellie” (1984) and “The portrait of a lady” (1996). She died the day after she got married for the forth time.

Jane Powell (b.1929) – Teen musical actress who´s career ended before she was 30 years old. She had then outgrown her “girlie” image.

Virginia Mayo (1920-2005) – Actress known from “The princess and the pirate” (1944), “The secret life of Walter Mitty” (1947), “White Heat” (1949), “Westbound” (1959), “Fort Utah” (1967) and “Haunted” (1977). Virginia married Michael O´Shea in 1947. They had a daughter in 1953 and stayed together until his death in 1973.

Marilyn Monroe (1926-1962) – A talanted singer, a very good actress, a showgirl, a sex symbol, the ultimate blonde, a fashion icon, the brightest star the world had and have ever seen. Marilyn starred in movies such as “Ladies of the chorus” (1948), “All about Eve” (1950), “Gentlemen prefere blondes” (1953) and “The Misfits” (her last movie, 1961).

Grace Kelly (1929-1982) – She was a big movie star when she became the Princess of Monaco. Grace is still an important fashion icon. Many movies have been made about her, Nicole Kidman is the latest actress to portray her.

Debbie Reynolds (b.1932) – Actress known for “Singin´ in the rain” (1952). Her daughter is Carrie Fisher, they were portrayed once by Shirley MacLaine and Meryl Streep.

Eva Marie Saint (b.1924) – Actress that mostly worked in television until Elia Kazan cast her in “On the waterfront” with Marlon Brando (1954). She starred in Hitchcocks “North by Nortwest” (1959). She have continued working, her last movie was “Winter´s Tale” (2014).

Diana Dors (1931-1984) – Brittish actress & sex symbol, who died too young from cancer. She is known from movies like “Oliver Twist” (1948), “The Weak and the Wicked” (1954), “Yield to the night” (1956), “Hammerhead” (1968), “There´s a girl in my soup” (1970) and “Steaming” (her last movie, 1985). Diana died from cancer when she was 52 years old.

Kim Novak (b.1933) – Actress, one of Hitchcocks blondes and a beatnik girl. “Vertigo” (1958), “Of human bondage” (1964) and “The mirror crack´d” (1980).

Zsa Zsa Gabor (b.1917) – Born and raised in Hungary. Won the Miss Hungary title in 1935. Started working as a model and came to Hollywood to be an actress. Though she mostly is known for beeing a blonde bombshell she starred in a lot of TV series and movies.

Jayne Mansfield (1933-1967) – Actress who was born in Pennsylvania but grew up in Texas. When she was 3 years old her father died. Jayne got married at 16 and had her first child when she was 17. A couple of years later she landed her first role in a movie. She was sometimes referred as “The poor mans Marilyn Monroe”. She died in a car crash when she was only 34 years old. Jayne had five children from three previous marriages. Actress Mariska Hargitay is her daughter.

Doris Day (b.1924) – She was born as Doris Kappelhoff and grew up with her mother, after her parents divorced. Doris became a very popular girl-next-door in the 1950´s that did lots of movie musicals. She is known from movies like “On Moonlight Bay” (1951), “The man who knew too much” (1956), “The teacher´s pet” (1958), “Pillow talk” (she recieved an oscar nomination, 1959) and “The glass bottom boat” (1966). Between 1968-1973 her sitcom “The Doris Day Show” aired on American TV and it was one of the highest rated programs. Doris has been married four times and have a son from her first marriage. Since her retirement in 1973 she have devoted her life to animals and animals rights.

Judy Holliday (1921-65) – She was an actress that didn´t do that unfortunately to us, didn´t do that many movies during her short career. She was only 43 years old when she died of breast cancer. She is known from “Adam´s rib” (1949), “Born Yesterday” (she won an Oscar, 1950), “Full of life” (1956) and “Bells are ringing” (1960). Judy also worked in theatre. She won an Tony Award in 1957 for the musical “Bells are ringing”. She would later repeat her role in the movie version (1960). Judy was married once and in 1931 she had a son, Jonathan.

Anne Francis (1930-2011) – Actress known from “The whistle of Eaton Falls” (1951), “Bad day at Black Rock” (1955), “Brainstorm” (1965), “Born again” (1978) and “Lovers knot” (her last movie, 1996).

Shirley MacLaine (b.1934) – Actress, writer, humanitarian. She did her acting debut in 1955 and in 1959 she got the first out of six Academy Award nominations. Shirley starred in “The Apartment” (1960), “The turning point” (1977), “Terms of endearment” (1983), “Steel Magnolias” (1989), “In her shoes” (2005) and “Bernie” (2011). Shirleys younger brother is Warren Beatty.

Vera Miles (b.1929) – She won the title Miss Kansas in 1948. She is the actress from “Psycho”, that was portrayed by Jessica Biel in the movie “Hitchcock”.

Brigitte Bardot (b.1934) – French actress/singer that turned to animal activism. She is the biggest movie star to come from France.

Mamie Van Doren (b.1931) – She was born as Joan Lucille Olander. She became a Pin Up model and an actress, mainly in B-movies. She is known from “Teacher´s pet” (1958). Mamie have been married since 1979, to her fifth husband, she have one child.

Carroll Baker (b.1931) – Actress that made a modest film debut in “Easy to love” (1953). Three years of little work later, she was noticed for her part in “The Giant” (1956) opposite James Dean. Month later “Baby Doll” opened in theathers and she was on her way to stardom. Carroll also starred in the epic “How the west was one” (1962) with John Wayne, Debbie Reynolds and James Stewart and she portrayed Jean Harlow in “Harlow” (1965).

Sunny Hartnett (1924-1987) – She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City. She became one of our very first supermodels, especially popular in the 1950´s. Her most active years as a model would be between 1957-1964. Harper´s Bazaar ranks her as one of the 26 greatest models of all time.

Etta James (1938-2012) – Blues singer portrayed by Beyoncé in “Cadillac Records”. One of her number one songs was “All I could do was cry”.

Janet Leigh (1927-2004) – Huge success in Alfred Hitchcocks “Psycho” (1960). She was portrayed by Scarlett Johansson in the movie “Hitchcock”. Janet is the mother of Jamie Lee Curtis.

Anita Ekberg (b.1931) – Swedish actress that starred in Fellini´s “La Dolce Vita”. The scene with her walking in Fontana De Trivi is legendary.

Jean Seberg (1938-1979) – American actress who mainly lived in France. Had an drug-addiction and died by suicide 40 years old. She is still a popular fashion icon but she was also a talanted actress. She is known from “Saint Joan” (her first movie, 1957), “Lilith” (1964) and “Airport” (1970).

Joanne Woodward (b.1930) – Actress known for “The three faces of Eve” (1957), “Rachel, Rachel” (1968), “Mr. & Mrs. Bridge” (1990) and “Philadelphia” (1993). Joanne was married to Paul Newman until he passed away. They had then been married for 50 years.

Gena Rowlands (1930) – Actress known for “Lonely are the Brave” (1962), “Gloria” (1980), “Night on Earth” (1991), “The Notebook” (2004). Gena was married to the director John Cassavetes and their son Nick Cassavetes is also a very successful director.

Tippi Hedren (b.1930) – One of Hitchcocks favourite actresses with her first two movies “The Birds” (1963) and “Marnie” (1964). She is also known for movies like “Tiger by the tail” (1970), “Roar” (1981), “Deadly Spygames” (1989), “Citizen Ruth” (1996) and “The ghost and the whale” (2014). Tippi is Melanie Griffiths mother.

Ursula Andress (b.1936) – Actress from Switzerland that became the very first Bond girl in “Dr. No” (1962). She also starred in “What´s new pussycat” (1965) opposite Peter Sellers and “Clash of the Titans” (1981) with Laurence Olivier and a young Harry Hamlin. Hamlin became the father of her only child, Dimitri who was born in 1980.

Honor Blackman (b.1925) – British actress, born and raised in London. She has starred in “Account Rendered” (1957), “The Avengers” (1961), as Pussy Galore in “Goldfinger” (1964), “The Cat and the Canary” (1978) and “Bridget Jones diary” (2001).

Sandra Dee (1942-2005) – She started as a child model and became a teen idol. She married an other teen star, Bobby Darin and they had one son. She is known from “Gidget” (1959), “Imitation of Life” (1959), “The Dunwitch Horror” (1970) and “Lost” (her last movie, 1983). Sandra and Bobby were portrayed by Kevin Spacey and Kate Bosworth in “Beyond the Sea” (2004). Sandra suffered from anorexia, alcoholism and depressions for a big part of her life and she died from kidney failure, after battling throat cancer.

Lauren Hutton (b.1943) – Lauren was a supermodel in 1960-1980 and she had a comeback in the 1990´s. She is also an actress, a producer, a talk show host and an environmentalist. She starred in “Paper Lion” (1968), “American Gigolo” (1980) and “Once Bitten” (1985).

Angie Dickinson (b.1931) – Guest starred in many TV series during the 1950´s. She starred in “Rio Bravo” (1959) and “Ocean´s Eleven” (1960) and her career in the movies was taking of. Though it was probably the TV serie “Police Woman” (1974-79) that gained her the most international fame.

Elke Sommer (b.1940) – German actress. She starred in “The Prize” (1963) opposite Paul Newman, “A shot in the dark” (1964) her first of two films with Peter Sellers and “The Money Trap” (1965) with Glenn Ford and Rita Hayworth.

Sue Lyon (b.1946) – She started working as a child model to help raise money for her widow mother and her four older siblings. She did her movie debut in Stanley Kubrick´s “Lolita” (1962) and at 16 she was suddenly a star. Sue also did movies like “Seven Women” (1966), “End of the world” (1977) and her last movie “Alligator” (1980) were she had a small part as a newswoman. She have one child and has been married five times, three of the marriages lasted one year, and one of her husbands she actually met and married while he was in prison convicted of murder.

Julie Andrews (b.1935) – She is from UK and both her parents were vaudeville-performers. When Julie was a young child, they discovered her incredible singing voice and immediately she started her singing career. Julie later turned to acting and her screen premiere “Mary Poppins” (1964) got her an Oscar. She is also known from “Sound of music” (1965), “Thoroughly Modern Millie” (1967), “10” (1979), “Victor/Victoria” (1982), “The princess diaries” (2001) and “Tooth Fairy” (2010). For 31 years she was married to the director Blake Edwards (until his death in 2010) and they adopted two children together. She have one child from her first marriage.

Ann-Margret (b.1941) – She emigrated with her mother to America from Sweden when she was five years old. As an adult she became a singer, an actress and an entertainer. She is known from “Pocketful of Miracles” (her first movie, 1961), “Cincinnati Kid” (1965), “Tommy” (she got an Oscar nomination, 1975), “Cactus Jack” (1979), “52 Pick-up” (1986), “Grumpy old men” (1993), “Any given sunday” (1999) and “Old Dogs” (2009). Ann-Margret is also known for her romance with Elvis Presley.

Daniela Bianchi (b.1942) – In the 1960´s she was a popular Italian actress. Daniela was first runner up in Miss World 1960. Soon after she made her first movie and 15 movies later she made her last one, in 1968. Daniela is most known as the Bond girl in “From Russia with love” (1963) opposite Sean Connery. Today she is married and she and her husband have a son together.

Julie Christie (b.1941) – She was born at a tea plantation in India to British parents. As a teenager she went to study in England and France and that´s when she decided to become an actress. Julie studied speech and drama and was subsequently hired by a theatre. A few years later she would star in master pieces like “Doktor Zjivago” (1965), “Don´t look now” (1973), “Shampoo” (1975), “Hamlet” (1996) and “The company you keep” (2012). Julie have won one Academy Award and have another three Oscar nominations.

Marianne Faithfull (b.1946) – British singer and it-girl also known as Mick Jaggers girlfriend in the 1960´s. One of her hit singles are “The Ballad of Lucy Jordan”. After she and Jagger broke up she stayed in London where she was born and raised. She nows lives in Ireland. Marianne still works as an actress both in movies and theaters. She is known from movies like “Hamlet” (1969), “Assault on Agathon” (1977), “Shopping” (1994), “Marie Antoinette” (2006) and “The girl from Nagasaki” (2013). She also played God in three episodes of “Absolutely Fabulous” (1996-2001). For many years Marianne was addicted to cocaine and heroin and she is a recovering alcoholic.

Catherine Deneuve (b.1943) – She is one of the most successful and famous actresses from France. She is also considered to be one of the most beautiful women in the business as well. Catherine is known from movies like “Belle de jour” (1967), “The last metro” (1980), “Indochine” (1992) and “Dancer in the dark” (2000).

Faye Dunaway (b.1941) – She got her first acting-gig in “Bonnie & Clyde” (1967) opposite Warren Beatty. Other movies she have done is “Chinatown” (1974), “Network” (1976, she won an Academy Award) and “Don Juan De Marco” (1994).

Twiggy (b.1949) – Twiggy was born as Leslie Hornby. She is often referred to as the first Supermodel.

Jane Fonda (b.1937) – Actress who won two Academy Awards. Her father was movie star Henry Fonda, her brother and niece are Peter and Bridget Fonda. Jane is known for movies like “Sunday in New York” (1963), “Barbarella” (1968), “Klute” (1971), “Nine to five” (1980), “Stanley & Iris” (1990) and “The Butler” (2013). She is a human rights activist and a Work Out and Aerobics instructor with many videos and books produced about the subject.

Mia Farrow (b.1945) – Actress and former fashion icon that starred in “Rosemary´s Baby” (1968), “The great Gatsby” (1974), “Be kind rewind” (2008) and many Woody Allen movies like “Radio Days” (1987) and “Husbands and Wives” (1992). Mia has for many years been an advocate for civil rights issues.

Edie Sedgewick (1943-1971) – It-girl/model/actress and muse of best friend Andy Warhol. During a couple of years she starred in several movies, “Vinyl” (her first movie, 1965), “Horse” (1965), “Lupe” (1966) and “The Andy Warhol Story” (1967) for example. She died 26 years old from a drug overdose. Edie is still considered a fashion icon and several movies has been made about her life, recently Edie was portrayed by Sienna Miller in “The Factory”.

Sharon Tate (1943-1969) – Actress who was married to Roman Polanski and nine month pregnant with their son, when she was murdered by what´s been known as The Manson Family. Sharon starred in “Dance of the Vampires” (1967), “Valley of the dolls” (1967) and “12+1” (her last movie, 1969). Sharon died too young, she was only 26 years old.

Veruschka (b.1939) – German supermodel who also did some acting. She have been seen on the runway these last years as well, though she is 75 years old, she still look like a supermodel.

Britt Ekland (b.1942) – Swedish beauty who starred in a couple of smaller movies, married Peter Sellers in 1964 and starred in “Get Carter” (1971) and against Roger Moore in “The man with the golden gun” (1974). Britt later dated Rod Stewart and has been on the West End stage numerous times.

Candice Bergen (b.1946) – Popular model and actress in the 1960´s and 70´s. She got an academy award nomination for “Starting Over” in 1980, starred in “Gandhi” (1982) and became a TV star in her own sitcom “Murphy Brown” (1988-1998).

Cheryl Tiegs (b.1947) – American supermodel of the late 60s, 70s and the early 80s. As a swimsuit model she covered “Sports Illustrated” and at the time, a shot of her in a gold bikini, was the most popular poster in teenage boys room. In 1981 Cheryl launched a clothing line for Sears, she starred in the movie “The brown bunny” (2003), the reality show “The Apprentice” (2007) and in 2011 and 2013 she starred as herself in “Family Guy” (voice). She has been married four times and have three children.

Debbie Harry (b.1945) – She is an American singer/songwriter who was born and raised in New Jersey. She started her career in 1968 as a background singer. In 1974 she founded and was the lead singer of the punk/rock band “Blondie”. Debbie is also an actress, known from “Videodrome” (1983), “Hairspray” (1988), “Cop Land” (1997) and “Elegy” (2008). She was recently portrayed by Malin Åkerman in the movie “CBGB” (2013).

Goldie Hawn (b.1945) – A comedienne who has been successful on the big screen since the late 1960´s. She is known from “Cactus Flower” (1968), “Shampoo” (1975), “Private Benjamin” (1980), “Overboard” (1987), “Bird on a wire” (1990) and “Housesitter” (1992). Goldie is the mother of Kate Hudson.

Dolly Parton (b.1946) – Dolly Rebecca Parton is a country singer, actress, song writer, business woman and a true super star. In 1986 she founded Dollywood, a theme park in Tennessee and she founded her own record company. Dolly lives in Nashville with Carl Dean, her husband of 48 years. Christie Brinkley (b.1954) – She is a supermodel and have been since the late 1970´s. She have also done some acting and released several books about health and beauty. Christie have been married four times and have three children.

Bette Midler (b.1945) – She was born and raised in a quite poor family in Hawaii. She studied drama and started performing as a teenager. She released her first album in 1972 and gained international fame when she portrayed Janis Joplin in the movie “The Rose” (1979). Since then she have starred in movies like “Down and out in Beverly Hills” (1986), “Beaches” (1988), “Hocus Pocus” (1993), “The first wives club” (1996), “The Stepford Wives” (2004) and “Parental Guidance” (2012). Bette has sold more than 15 million records world wide. She is married since 1984 and have one daughter.

Loni Anderson (b.1945) – Actress that first gained fame in the sitcom “WKRP in Cincinnati” (1978-1982) and she have mostly worked in television. “Easy Street” (22 episodes, 1986-87) and “Nurses” (22 episodes, 1993-94) are some of the series she has been a regular on. She have also guest starred in many TV series: “Police Woman” (1975), “The Incredible Hulk” (1978) and “Burke´s Law” (1995). Nicollette Sheridan (b.1963) – Nicollette first got noticed as singer Leif Garrett´s girlfriend when she was only 17 years old. Traci Lords (b.1968) – She started modeling nude when she was 15 and made porn movies one year later. Kate Upton (b.1992) – Supermodel with two covers of Sports Illustrated swim suit issue – in a row and several covers of “Vogue” on her resumé. Not bad for a girl that was told she was too fat to be a model. She have already turned to acting in the comedy success “The Other Woman” (2014).

Emilia Clarke (b.1987) – She is a British actress who only recently made her screen debut (in 2009) with one episode of the TV serie “Doctors”. A year later she starred in a movie made for television. Emilia didn´t know then that one year later she would be the star of TV´s superhit “Game of Thrones” (2011-). She starres as the beautiful and courages Khaleesi, a true heroine. Emilia (who in the real world is a brunette) is currently filming the new Terminator movie where she plays Sarah Connor.

Cara Delevingne (b.1992) – She is the new british supermodel, 22 years old and with a true rebel attitude. She is everywere at the moment, gracing magazine covers, doing runway shows for the biggest designers and stealing campaignes from Kate Moss.

Taylor Schilling (b.1984) – Actress who hit it big with her leading role in “Orange is the new black” (2013-15). She hadn´t worked much before that, but she had starred in “The lucky one” (2012) and “Argo” (2012).
